I received this item on August 6th, so it has been in use for less than two months. I love the idea of this product, as it seems our family requires more than the two USB ports that come with my car.
Minor complaint, the three-part port slips out of its case easier than I expected it to, but not a huge deal. The bigger issue is, that one of the three-part ports is not functioning. We only have 4 out of the 5 ports that actually work. I now wonder how much longer the other four will continue working. It is the charger port closest to the plug (see picture).
If all USB ports were functioning, then I would not hesitate to give this 4.5-5 stars.
