If you're a writer of novellas, genre fiction, blog posts, articles, B2B products such as white papers or case studies or children's books and would like to take on some bigger projects, ghostwriting books may be the answer. Sally Miller and Cruz Santana offer you the fast, practical mini-course on how to get clients, how to work with them successfully and what to expect of the entire process, from first conversation to delivered manuscript. As a professional book ghostwriter, this is the book I wish had been available when I first ventured into ghostwriting. It's not for everyone, as the authors point out, but it may be for you. If you think perhaps it is, or are just curious about how book ghostwriting really works, I highly recommend reading this book.

The book is written by two ghostwriters who share their stories as well as tips on what they learned through their experience. This fairly short book has a lot of useful ideas, it is always best to learn from someone else mistakes and experiences.

This book is aimed at people who have experience doing freelance writing of at least a year and looking for additional earning potential. Ghostwriting is a special type of freelance writing - it is writing for another person and for that person to use the writing as their own.

As someone who has done some ghostwriting in the past, I can say without a doubt that this book gives you the information you will need to earn some real money. Many of the mistakes I learned the hard way could have been avoided if I had read this book in advance. I highly recommend this resource to anyone considering ghostwriting as a profession or a side hustle. Even if you have been ghostwriting for awhile, you will still get a lot out of this book.

One of the things I like about this book is the clear and practical step-by-step approach that the authors take to help newbies get into the field of ghostwriting. It really gives me a sense of what is involved in this process and serves as a useful guide so that I don't have to fumble around trying to figure it out by myself.

A fantastic guide from someone who has been in the trenches! I particularly loved the "Action Steps" that were clear to follow and easy to understand for each chapter. Chapter 5 was also a revelation - packed with great info!
Direct, matter-of-fact advice for those pursuing a career ghostwriting from REAL people making a REAL living IN the industry - highly recommended.

If you're a freelance writer with a year or more experience and you want to know how to scale your business up to the next level then "Make Money As a Ghostwriter: How to Level Up Your Freelance Writing Business and Land Clients You Love" by Sally Miller and Cruz Santana will provide you with the perfect path to achieve this, as a Ghostwriter.

In short, this book will clearly show you how to ditch small low-paying writing gigs and graduate on to more clients, projects, and income by ghostwriting. What's not to love about that?

But what the heck is ghostwriting? It's a specific type of freelance writing which is discussed in more detail in Chapter 2. You'll also discover that one of the reasons this is such a good way to go as a freelancer is because there are heaps of profitable ghostwriting opportunities just waiting to be snapped up you. But... where does one find these? Chapter 5 tells all.

There are six other chapters to educate and empower you further, all written in an easy to read style and which include actionable steps to follow. I have read all Miller's previous books and this one does not disappoint.

But let's just be clear, this book doesn't do the ghostwriting for you. What it does is give you everything you need to be successful if you're prepared to follow the directions and do the work. If you're ready to take the leap then this book will be well worth your money and time investment.
