This is a great little jacket. I’m 5’4”, 125 lbs. the small fits well. Go up a size if you want to layer. So far the coldest I’ve worn it in was 40 degrees, but it kept me plenty warm, and handled a slight drizzle as well. I don’t know if it would handle much wind and definitely wouldn’t try to use it as a ski jacket. It has two outside zippered pockets, which are handy, and two open ones on the inside.

I wanted something warm in a neutral color that I’d feel better about wearing into work than my brightly colored winter puffer. I also didn’t want to fork out for the name brand. This definitely fits the bill. Does what I need it to with good quality and at a good price point.

Comfy but big!

Update 2/11/19: this jacket is not warmer than a sweatshirt. After a few months, it's baffles are flat and doesn't loft anymore. I would not recommend this.

Bought this for hiking. I'm 5'4", 32" waist, 34DD, and 47.5" hips. I'm technically a large, bought the large...tried it on over a sweater and fleece and the only place it fits is my hips, way too big everywhere else for me. My fingers barely show in the arms. I returned the large for a medium and it fits perfect! Less bulky in my arms, shoulders, and stomach. Last thing I want when hiking/backpacking is extra bulk on me.

Pros: warm! Compacts, and feels durable.

I received this order today, and to my surprise, there was a pair of filthy gloves in the inside pocket! Which gives me an indication that someone has worn this jacket before! That is disgusting and totally unacceptable. The purchase condition of this jacket is supposed to be new, not used. I am a very unhappy and disgusted customer right now. >:-(

I’ve had many lightweight puffers but was needing a new one since my others had gotten pretty worn out. I need something that I can travel with easily and has minimal space requirement for my suitcase.

I am 5’8” and 180lbs (carry most of my weight in my hips) I got a large in this and could have gotten an XL. I am going to keep the large as I live in the South and really don’t need anything super heavy or to wear anything heavy under it. I think if you carry more of your weight in your mid section I would consider sizing up. Sleeve length is good on me and overall length hits right above my hips. If it was any longer I would had had to size up to accommodate for my curves.

I love the fact that this jacket isn’t shiny like many of the other ones out there on Amazon. A nice matte black and the material seems to be good quality. Zipper as well seems well made.

It is slightly challenging to get the jacket in the included bag, but it does fit. Also, when in the bag it is larger than others I have had and will take up slightly more space than I thought it would. For comparison I put a picture of it next to my husbands hat.

The only thing that I don’t love about this jacket is the zippers on the pockets. THey used the small zipper pulls (see picture) whereas I would much rather have something more durable to hold on to. I also feel like I might have issues with these zippers sticking or getting material caught in them in the future but this has yet to be seen.

All in all really pleased and I think this will be perfect to keep in my car or suitcase for the fall and winter.

Fit is as expected. I followed the size chart. I went with an xl to allow room for a light sweater under it. We have mild winters, so I won’t need anything more than that. If I travel to colder weather, I’ll probably need something heavier or just deal with it, since I don’t mind the cold!

For the price, it’s very good quality. The main zipper feels durable. The pockets come with small zippers that seems fine, but may be prone to wear and tear since it’s a more delicate type of zipper. I love that it comes with a little bag to pack this jacket up. It’s very lightweight, but still warm.

Suggestions for improvement: 1, make the cut more flattering for female figures. Currently, it’s a somewhat boxy cut. It’s not unflattering but it’s not attractive either - it’s very average. Would be nice if it’s more of a princess seam. 2, make the body length slightly longer. The length is okay the way it is, but it would be more comfortable if it was 1-1.5 inches longer, especially for people that want to wear layers under this jacket.

I ordered this jacket because I was wanting a lighter weight puffer and didn't want to pay for a Patagonia or Northface because I don't get much wear out of jackets in TX and didn't think it would justify the price. Ordered this in Pumice (off-white) and was happily surprised at the quality and fit of this jacket! It's the perfect weight for the milder winters in Austin and even comes with a small bag for packing it away. Totally worth the $39 price tag. Highly recommend!

Lightweight, comfortable. Easy zipper. Inner and outer pockets. Sleeves don’t ride up! Roomy enough for layering, but fitted enough to look good with just a t-shirt.
Not shiny...satin finish. Mine came with packing bag attached to jacket.
Very happy with this jacket. I wouldn’t recommend it worn alone in very cold weather, may need it as a layered under jacket in much colder weather. More for temps around 40° average coldest temp. That being said I can get cold easily. So if you tend to run warmer it might be perfect for you in colder temps.
Also down is staying inside jacket. Water repellant but not waterproof.

Jacket lays right at hip (as in just slightly above size chart measurement images) I’d say I’m average length torso so a longer top or sweater would show outside of jacket length which I’m fine with. I’d describe myself as slender-average-curvy. I purchased a large, My bust 39/40” and I have plenty of room for a sweater and scarf.

I am loving this jacket-it is fantastic for the price. If you have ever owned or felt and expensive packable-down jacket, the difference is clear, HOWEVER, in 20 degrees, this is warm and cozy with some long sleeves. Very thin and light, which is not a bad thing for this type of coat/jacket. My favorite thing about it is that I do not get overly hot easily- I can wear it comfortably out in the snow and chill, AND inside a cool house. I've been wearing it in both, all day, and love it. Reason for the 4 stars is the color--beautiful but unfortunately not accurate to the picture- was thinking I's get more of a red-maroon/burgandy, however, it is purple, still with the maroon undertone. Just not the reddish color I could see in the picture. However, I love the color anyway so I am not complaining! The fit is great, too! Just enough room for me to do a bit of layering underneath, and to be zipped up comfortably (big hips and chest, here).
