These things seem great! The issues I had were mostly "user errors".
PROS:
-the muffin and cupcake bottoms seem "cleaner" in both appearance and taste when baked in these vs. when baked in metal pans
-super easy to remove baked goods
-super easy to clean because they are so flexible
-easy to wipe off the drips in between cups when filling
If you're a novice baker, like me, you may want to do your homework before using these. I didn't, and I had the following issues, which are the CONS:
- I stupidly filled up the mini muffin one BEFORE transferring to a rigid baking sheet. It never occurred to me how floppy these things are. PLACE THE BAKING SHEET BENEATH THESE MOLDS BEFORE FILLING THEM.
-I sprayed them with cooking spray before baking. Perhaps you don't need to...I didn't check.
-One time I made only half a tray of mini muffins but sprayed the whole thing. The ones that were empty are now stained, even after multiple attempts at cleaning. Not a big deal, they still function fine.
