Very comfortable..I like it has straps so that it's secure. Im a female semi-truck driver and very short 4'11 and my back hurts from not being closer to the steering wheel and trying to reach the pedals at the same time.
This back support pillow has made a world of difference. Im waiting on my pedal extenders, and adult booster seat pillow to come in the mail from Amazon. I love the back support pillow, it's simple and straightforward and versatile...you can use it upside down for upper support.
I drive 8-10 hours a day and this helps so much!!

I got this because I work at home and have some minor back issues. I've been using this, but I cannot tell any difference. It may be because my chair back isn't straight up and leans back a bit. I think maybe if I had a stiffer chair with a straighter back this might work better. I'm not saying it wont help - I am just saying... I don't know.

I immediately felt the support I needed in my lumbar AND upper back! I love that modifying the straps can increase the firmness. And the product guide that comes with the cushion is Excellent! Clearly written and very clearly states that no matter the reason, if there are "Any" issues the company stands behind their product and will do everything they can to support you. I don't think I will need to contact them if the cushion holds.its quality for a good long time into the future! Great product and highly recommended!

I know that sounds extreme that it has changed my life, but it allows me to sit in my chair for work and not feel like I’m broken when I get up. I love that it’s reversible and can help with upper and lower back pain. My only wish is that there was an additional strap vertically, so that I can keep it from sliding down my chair, which causes me to have to adjust it constantly.
