First off I love this brand and own many of their products. I was SO PLEASED upon the first use my chicken and grilled leeks looked AMAZING and tasted so grill-tastically yummy. BUT then I went to hand wash the pan, and my heart sank, terrible. TERRIBLE. I'd love to get a replacement but the GreenPan site declares no replacements for used pans... which is a shame, because I now love this brand less, and when I grab my other greenpans feels sorta let down by the company. This pan was amazing, legit, amazing at heat conducting and I used stovetop and in oven both on the first use, simply fantastic, but now everything sticks, it's useless, and I wasted $70 for what is not not even worth donating because it's unuseable. I'm sad. Shame on GreenPan for not having any exceptions of thinking there's a possibility they may have a dud and should revise their customer care disclaimers to suggest in some cases a a replacement could be possible. Not okay.
