EDIT: After using this a little more and mixing it up better, it is not oily at all and actually very tasty. You have to mix this one up like you do the natural butters, there is a thin layer of oil on top. We will be back for more.

It is just okay. It is not what I was expecting. If you like nut butter that is mixed with oil like the major brands sell. You will like this and be pleased. It is cashews, so it has to be good and it is. I was looking for more of a natural all cashew butter flavor and failed to read the ingredients, I assumed it was all cashew. One star docked because this is very heavy on the oil tasting but it does taste good and will not be going to waste at all, I will use on salads.

A lot of people don't realize what you can do with cashew butter. You can add it to soups and smoothies to make them instantly creamier and slightly sweeter (cashews are the sweetest of all the nuts). Of course you'll need a blender for this. I blend cashew butter with my chocolate protein powder (in a bullet blender), and it's like drinking a THICK chocolate milk shake (almost like an ice cream milk shake). Absolutely delicious. Ditch the cashew milk! With cashew butter you can vary the actual amount of cashew, to make something really thick. Can't do that with cashew milk. Plus it's heavy, lugging around milk all the time.

My favorite cashew butter, by far, was Trader Joe's. However, they stopped making it or simply have been out of it forever! This is my new go-to. Great taste and although it's a bit pricey, it's good to go.

I placed the, non salt, order as I know my husband loves cashews. He was excited when it was delivered only to find out that he would like it better with salt. The taste of cashews was there but not that strong.

It was not a problem for me as l made delicious cookies and smoothies with it. My husband enjoyed it then.
Next time l will order the salted one.
We also buy the raw cashew, boiled it in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes, drained it and it’s a great addition to any meat, fish or vegetables.

Very nice flavor but very messy. Even refrigerated, still runny. Not sure how to avoid the mess of my favorite cashew butter and raspberry jam sandwich. My favorite is to grind fresh cashews in store but that has gone away with the COVID. May have to invest in a grinder.

It would have been nice if it wasn't past date. It is only 2-3 days past the sale by date but for the price of any nut butter other than peanut butter it should be good for at least a month. I sampled it just the same waited several hours and didn't seem to have a problem, which is good because with this COVID-19 going around I'm not sure that I could have gotten a refund.
