I've made MANY gallons of good kit wine with this kit and also a couple batches of home-stuff. One Peach Banana and one Dandelion. If you read up a little on the basics of wine making you will get more out of using it but a complete novice can have good results with this! Good quality and I really like the "better bottle" so called because it's PTFE instead of glass. The advantage of this is that it's light and very hard to break. A big 6 gallon glass carboy is just the opposite - heavy and easily broken. Enjoy!
