You could pay more but you don't have to.

The price point of these cables made me a little skeptical about quality but I thought I'd give 'em a try. Amazon Basics has always been acceptable for all the other stuff I've purchased so, why not.

Using 2 cables with a coupler, I connected a desktop computer to my 55" Roku TV. I thought with a 50' run there might be some signal loss but to my pleasant surprise, both picture and sound quality are excellent - no complaints whatsoever.

What prompted me to do this? YouTube commercials, that's what. One cannot use an adblocker with the Roku YouTube "channel" and the commercials were driving me crazy. Now, I can use my browser's adblocker and enjoy YouTube programming commercial-free!

Cables feels great - but cannot do stable 4k60 HDR

I thought the cables were initially defective; my AppleTV 4K would flicker when even doing things like youtube (which is not 4k). It would work seamlessly for a while and then go in an endless flicker, I finally got it to settle down after forcing it to do 4K30 HDR.

I'm not sure if the length of 25 feet has anything to do with it, but if you are expecting 4K60 HDR with the 25feet cables, look elsewhere.

A great value and they work fine, all the way up to 4k HDMI. I needed 4 cables, but price break for 5 gave me a spare for just a few dollars more. Cable is sturdy, but quite thick, about 3/8" diameter, which might be a factor in a tight installation.

Works great. Had to run three of them through a 2 1/2” corrugated conduit along with an optical and Ethernet cable. Wasn’t easy and they were very tough. Picture on our new Visio P65-F1 looks great.

These cables are a good value. I had no problem using them with our VGA to HDMI adapters. There is no reason to buy the expensive HDMI cables.
