I would like to follow up on my previous review... Although my opinion remains the same of the travel flat iron, Lovani’s Customer service follow up was tremendous! They did everything possible to make this right. Due to the conscientious follow up, I definitely would try their products again.
If I could give this flat iron a zero I would. Due to the reviews, I purchased this particular flat iron to take on a trip. It was a nightmare. It burned my hair so badly that I had to use cuticle scissors, the only scissors I had available, to try to trim the crinkled burned hair off. There is no temperature control and the temperature was way too high. The flat iron was extremely hot to even hold.
