I liked this, in general. A bit bulky, but made a good product and quite straightforward. It worked for about 12 uses, and then started draining into the carafe randomly during the steeping process. First once in a while, now twice in one 12 hour period. Clearly not going to be viable moving forward. I've reached out to the company directly, and will modify my review if needed-- but in the meantime, wanted to provide fair warning about this product.
