Now that I have had the unit for 7 months, I still like the unit. However, I have lowered my rating because of their bad attitude towards service. My L1 light came on and the unit was sounding an alarm. I contacted the manufacturer because the owners book did not tell me what to do. They took my call and said I would be contacted by email within 24 hours. What were they thinking, an alarm was going off. Then they sent me an email asking the serial number and where I lived and what temperature it was outside. After responding they suggested I take some panel off and look for loose wires. Get real, I didn't even know where the panel was, let alone putting my hand in there. Anyway, I purchase new things so I have warranty. They do no seem to want to stand behind their product.
