Nothing wrong with what I received. It seems lots of people are getting faulty stuff, but this is refurbished so I guess we all know how this works and that’s the game we’re playing.
It’s a really great blender that performs exactly like what $170 probably should get you. It’s not the best blender in the world, it doesn’t pulverize berry seeds into nothing or anything, but it’s a whole lot better than the $30 cheap ones. All attachments are very useful. Great for cooking, daily workout shakes, etc. It’s a bit pricey but overall it’s not a lot of money if you are using a blender daily. Very, extremely easy, and quick to clean. That alone makes it worth the price even not including the great performance.
Last thing to note: the IQ system feature is marketing bs. There is no computer inside the blender checking for resistance to make sure you get the perfect smoothie. All it really does it make the blender repeatedly turn off and on to let things settle a bit and give a nice even blend. It’s a great feature but that’s really all it is. Highly recommend this blender if you will be blending daily. Don’t hate it at all.
