This is all you need-makes Indian cooking so much easier in that your standard 7 spices are at the ready. No fumbling in the spice cabinet and trying to get your measuring spoon into a small spice jar from the store, or from a messy bag from the spice shop. Everyone cooking Indian needs one if not more of these.
Now about the product, it's solid and well-made esp. for the price. A few hints: throw away the 2 spoons it comes with - you need to use measuring spoons anyway. I made my own labels and cut out tin pie plates to create a sort of "half cover" which allows me to level off the measurement when scooping. See photo attached.
Washes with soap & water. Gets nice and shiny. Made in India - do it!!!
