The strainer no longer works like it did when I first got it. It drips very slow and I’m back to using my crappy, plastic coffee maker. And of course, the guarantee has expired. My complaint is similar to the people who likewise have experienced this same thing...the filter runs freely with water but it stops up with coffee grounds. I’ve purchased all variety of grinds, fine and coarse, and it still does not work. I would like the company to send me a new filter at no charge...as it is clearly defective and a rip-off. Bean Envy, please respond.
