I really loved this backpack for the safety features, design, and light weight. But after less than 2 weeks of traveling with it, one of the straps frayed and started to pull away. The backpack was *not* packed with anything heavy. Fortunately, I was able to repair with a large safety pin I had with me. I had a different problem of lack of durability in the small cross-body bag I also bought at the same time from Travelon. Will contact company and update after I get their response. For now, I can't recommend their products.
