Never turned on so don't know the noise level. Tried to put it in the computer case and was an extremely tight fit!
Routing of the vables is almost impossible when I tried in an ITX case I bought (sent them back).

I installed it into a Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case. It's a tight fit but it fits. The fan is whisper quiet and the power is clean and working. The only reason why it is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wire harnesses provided did not have some with 90deg connectors which would have made the install so much easier. Other than that, I would recommend this power supply

What can you say: Its a power supply and has worked as it should, and is expected to work. EVGA is a name brand company with a good reputation so wasn't worried of it not being what it is. Cabling seems to be of high quality and would be surprised if I don't get many trouble-free years of use out of the unit.

Just got the EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G1+. It looks to be very well made, and a 10 year warranty is great. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the sata cable power connectors could be better. They have sharp corners, are hard to seat in a drive, and are too stiff. Looks like the cables are not as high a quality as the power supply itself.

Turns out Pin 20 on the PSU end of the MB Cable is obsolete

Adjusted my ranking from 1 star four since I've now found out that the missing pin is intentional.

Only four stars since I haven't even removed the item from its wrapper. Waiting on the rest of the items to start building. Will revisit later to update my review.

Hope the above helps anyone who discovered that odd missing 20th Pin and didn't know what to make of it.

Bigger than OEM Dell PSU (XPS 8500)

Nice PSU that has nice black modular cables and runs quiet, cool, efficient. Is larger than OEM Dell XPS 8500 PSU, which was square and was making noise so needed replacement. This replacement is longer and was a tight fit, barely able to squeeze in and has to be a little askew due to a case upper USB access panel. I had not realized there is not a standard size of these, so be aware of this issue.
