Excellent PSU

Fantastic power supply. My old XFX PSU was beginning to get weary and overloaded, coil whine and system dropouts. This EVGA is so much better build quality than the XFX. Almost on par with the original US-made PC Power and Cooling units. Very quiet, very stable. Love the modular functionality and it came with plenty of cables (even two 4x4 CPU cables for my B550 ATX board). Like that it came with a POST plug to test the PSU before installation. Not a flashy LED PSU, so perfect for my mature all black build. 10-year warranty and 80+ Gold efficiency doesn’t hurt either. If you can find a G+, you won’t regret it. Whoever returned this unit did me a huge favor as I was able to get it from Amazon Warehouse for a song.

Great if you like exploding power supplies. So much for buying from a 2nd tier brand.
Now I have to wait for a new seasonic supply to arrive and hope the EVGA did not fry my components when it blew.

EVGA has always done right by me over the years. I try not to be a fanboy or blind loyalist to any brand or company. The best bargain is always going to be my go to, brands be damned. But EVGA has always been communicative, fair, and high quality for the price. The GPU "shortage" and the way they handled and honored MSRP longer than most pushed me over the finish line for them. I do indeed actively sing their praises with an admitted bias. Why not match my GPUs with their CPU coolers and those with their PSU's??

And bias aside, it goes without saying that EVGA sells a quality PSU. The companies they source from are reputable and known for their manufacturing quality. When you get a 'Gold' from them you can rest assured it is actually just that. As for features, once you go 'fully modular', you don't go back. EVGA's stock cables have a good braiding/covers and are flexible and discrete enough for the average build. I'm not big on presentation (heck, my tower window faces a wall anyway) but cable management goes beyond the aesthetics. Fully modular keeps your build organized and easy to work with. The thing is near silent too.

Repressed fanboyism or no, I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase. Especially considering the regular sales, discounts, and warehouse deals you can find for EVGA PSU's on Amazon. The one argument against EVGA's line of PSU's would be the sheer abundance of SKUs; but I'd say that's a good thing for the Amazon shopper. Any given day, you can find a phenomenal deal for a EVGA PSU on Amazon. On my day, it happened to be this one. And I am one happy customer.

This power supply was easy to install in my case, but be careful as the screws and mounting points may not work as well for you. Another thing is that the labeling of the connectors may seem strange for some. The VGA cables are for supplying power to things like your graphics card. I also wish it came with a standalone six-pin VGA for graphics cards that use an 8+6 pin configuration. The peripheral cables are for things like RGB lighting. The power supply looks sleek and is not noisy either.

My PC stopped working. I suspected it was the power supply, so I tried this one out. The only problem is this one is about an inch longer than the previous one, so fitting it into the case was a bit of a squeeze. It did not work with the previous cables (I thought maybe it was some other problem at this point.. but connecting only the motherboard with one of the new cables brought some life to my machine). The cables that come with it are really nice anyways. Overall got my rig running again with only a couple hours of work, and I'm pleased with it so far.

I was searching for a 750w gold certified (or better) PSU all over Amazon, but most of the reviews listed that the PSU's were dead on arrival, had blown up, or were too noisy. This was the only PSU I found with decent reviews, after several hours of searching, at $114.99.

Now I don't know much about specifics, but I got enough cables to plug into everything I needed. Everything works fine and it's fairly quiet. I've been using it for a month and it hasn't blown up yet, so I think it's pretty good.

Que sea modular da una ventaja muy buena de usar solo los cables que necesites, así no tienes que amontonar el resto, y que sea de 750w va perfecto si tienes un equipo de gama media-alta, no necesitas más poder que esto si eres un usuario medio. El ruido la verdad no tengo quejas, aunque no es algo que me importe nunca he llegado a escucharla así que por mi bien.

Me ha funcionado perfectamente, no tengo quejas, vale la pena, es barata y funciona bien.
