Best winter boots

I found out I had to spend two weeks in Europe during the winter and ordered these in a pinch. Best. Decision. Ever! They are comfortable, warm, and weatherproof. They survived the snow, ice, and rain. They are also very easy to dress up and down.

Just my two cents

I had read a review advising ordering a size down because they run big (so I did) and now that I’ve received the boots, I disagree. They are pretty tight and I haven’t even tried them with the socks (which are on the thicker side) I had intended to wear with them. So, that’s disappointing.
I now have read a comment about someone feeling like these boots resemble clown shoes and I could not agree more. I couldn’t put my finger on what looked off about them, and that is so true! I wanted to like these so bad and needed them for a trip I’m taking but I just don’t believe these are worth <$145 So I will be returning.

I'm a size 6 and ordered a size six. It fits as expected. The base area is wide enough which was my main concern. I wish it was slightly roomie in the height in the base of the foot area but I think over time it'll expand. I like the fur lining and the grippy bottom. I am hoping these are warm enough for Upstate winters and comfortable enough for me to wear on my standing 12 hour shifts. I have yet to test that out. So far, they feel and look nice.

OMG! Love these! These are the best boots I’ve ever bought. Super light, warm and amazing quality. Fur lined through out not just the foot bed. Beyond comfy. I am usually a straight USA 7, But I tried the size 5(USA 7) and they were big. So I got the 4(USA 6) and they fit perfectly and feel broken in after 3 days! Highly recommended!

It’s been a long time since I’ve bought Doc Martens, and I was hesitant to purchase them again. I still had painful memories of wearing clunky doc martens in my early 20s and the process of breaking them in for weeks and having painful blisters.

I loved the look of doc martens but was looking for something slightly more subdued and comfier then my previous boots. It also gets extremely cold here in winter so being lined is a necessity. These appeared to check all the boxes!

When they arrived I was immediately impressed with how gorgeous and well made they looked and felt. Although they have the typical clunky doc marten style, they don’t make my feet look huge either. Being a size 10, I’ve had the issue where clunkier boots can make my feet look like clown feet. These thankfully do not do that.

The fur inside is a nice addition, but don’t expect them to replace your Ugg’s, they are more comfortable then traditional Doc Martens but they are still somewhat stiff. As someone who often experiences heel blisters with shoes, I felt the backs rubbing on my heels the first couple wears and immediately purchased some gel heel pads to stick inside from Amazon. They are now much more comfortable and I haven’t had to go through any breaking in with these. I also get a ton of compliments on them!

These are amazing! Super cute, especially with cuffed jeans, leggings ,or skirt and tights. I bought these to wear in Europe this December. When I tried them on and walked around, I was surprised by how comfy they are. I bought a size 11 to be able to wear a bit thicker socks than usual. I normally wear a 10 to 10 1/2. Perfect! They have exactly the amount of room I was hoping for when I sized up. The faux fur is in the entire inside of the boot EXCEPT the part that is around the ankle. That’s for obvious reasons since that part has to be able to stretch. Medium weight feel, meaning they’re heavy, but not as heavy as you’d think. Anyway, I have already had lots of compliments. I’m going to buy the boot cream to protect the leather just to be on the safe side. To me, they were kind of expensive but worth it!

Great boots! I live in a cold climate and these are super toasty and great for snow. I love having stylish boots that are slip resistant instead of snow boots or duck boots. Bleh. I usually wear a 38 in Dr Martens, but had to size up in these. If you’re between sizes, I would recommend sizing up.

I had been looking at other sites and stores for a long time trying to find these boots in my size (8) and even contacted Dr. Martens to see if they would return in stock after seeing them on someone in the city. I instantly fell in love with them and my long search finally led me to these. They came quickly and in perfect condition. The packaging was impeccable and it came with all of the original packing in the Dr. Martens shoe box as well. I am so satisfied, they are the cutest go-to winter boots that everyone needs in their closet. They were true to size and it didn't take much of any work to break them in and I wore them for a full 5 hours the first day I put them on.

These are everything and more! I seriously looked so long for the perfect boot—even bought Dr. Marten knockoffs, but nothing compares to the real thing. I wear an 8 1/2 and the 9s fit perfect. Just enough room for some bulky socks. They are so comfy and cute. The color isn’t as orange as I was expecting which is great. They are more of a dark brown with an orange halo. I’m truly excited to get these out and into the snow! So warm! I’ve read that these need to be treated before taking them out into wet weather so keep that in mind. Totally worth it!

Amazing!! Had Doc Marten shoes as a teenager. Got these in brown as a gift and loved them so much that I had to order them in black. Seem to be the same price everywhere. They fit my wider feet well in my normal boot size-women’s 10. They just fit my wide ankles but are comfortable and I have a hard time finding tall-we boots to fit me. Easy to get on. These are light too- shockingly- they look heavy but feel light! Love love love.
