SUPER FRESH, Melts in your mouth! Perfect for Sushi making

Previously when I attempted to make sushi rolls, the nori sheets I bought were hard to cut through and made my sushi rolls fall apart and the nori was chewy. Not with this company and the high quality Gold label Nori sheets they make! I just made the most delicious fresh home made sushi thanks to these Nori sheets! I had watched a few YouTube videos on how to pick good Nori, so I feel that I really knew what to look for in color, texture, smell, and the way it melts in your mouth on your tongue-this hit all the marks. Please keep up the high quality and great cost of this product and I promise to be a loyal costumer and spread the word,

Value Driven (cheaper isn't always better)

Korean Value-priced Nori that meets or beats all but the best Japanese Nori

Incredible value. It seems to have much less oil and MSG than most 'value' nori, which for me is a plus - if I want grease and sodium on my seaweed I can add that myself.

The nori is consistent in all dimensions, tasty but not overpowering, not too brittle and not too chewy. If you only had one type of nori for all your nori-needs, this one would be it. It does not need to be additionally roasted, but benefits a bit from roasting. Open for over a month, the 30th-ish sheet is just as tasty and usable as the first.

There are more expensive norii out there, but, overall, this provides the best value and all-around usability.

Although advised, I wouldn't refrigerate this (or any dried nori).

Where I live, local Asian markets overcharge for seaweed sheets (well really everything) compared to when I lived up north where H-marts and other Asian grocers were abundant. This is a decent price for this quality of laver. They were fresh and crisp when I got them and perfect thickness so it was easy to cut through the rolls without crushing. Thick seaweed sheets are usually not good (whatever some on here are saying. If these sheets are ripping, that's mostly on you imo) because they are too chewy hard to bite through even after some moisture goes though. These were not thick nor were they too thin and brittle. To store, we just pop the bag in the freezer and take a couple of sheets out to keep it fresh.

Cancer and reproductive harm warning

This is not a safe product. Warning says cancer and reproductive harm on the back. And it can’t be returned so it’s going straight into the garbage can. I’m very disappointed with this product.

I bought this laver because Daechun in South Korea is known for the laver and the price is decent. The delivery was faster than the expected date.

The laver is tasty and crunchy. It is also not too thin (high quality), which is great for making rolls and sushi. The package is a zipper bag, so it is easy to keep the laver dry.
