Amazing pan!

This pan is fantastic for the price. I have cooked with it about 20 times. I made stir frys, butter chicken, got it ripping hot cook some filet mignons. What an incredible value and to think I was considering $150 pans.
This thing is sturdy, holds perfect temperature and it’s a snap to clean. Let me get into that.

Ok it seems cleaning it the main issue people are having with this. Here is the main reason why your pan is burning.

You’re cooking at to high of a temperature.

This isn’t a non-stick that coated. You need to turn the temperature to at least half of what you’re used to cooking with. If you need medium heat...turn your burner down to 2-3

Seriously.

Then cleanup will be a snap for you.
Let it cool back down to room temperature then hand wash it and hit it with some hot water and soap in a nice cushy sponge. Don’t scour it with any abrasives.

Then dry it immediately.

Then you may notice a little colored hazing. That’s a normal chemical reaction. To make that go away just gets little oil and put it in the pan and coat it nicely with a napkin to spread the oil very thinly. Perfect.

A little TLC with your new pan should last you quite some time. At least until you’re ready for the high end ones. I gotta be honest though. I’m totally satisfied with this purchase.

I wanted to love this pan, as I had been searching for a bigger, multi-clad stainless steel pan for family meals that would not break the bank like All-Clad. This 12" caught my eye, as there was limited-time deal going on.

The item looks beautiful and seems to be high quality, but it is warped! It is not level and thus, will not give proper and even heat distribution.

Perhaps I just got a dud and maybe these pans are actually good, but I would still recommend a more trusted brand. If looking for comparable price for a multi-clad stainless steel pan, consider Tramontina or Cooks Standard.

These are absolutely horrid. Everything sticks to the pan (despite a heaping amount of oil or butter) and it fries and then burns to a crisp on the bottom. Worst pans I have ever used.

The pan and lid arrived well-packaged and unblemished. I browned a few pieces of chicken in the pan and then finished them in a 400-degree oven. The browning was even across the pan's surface, indicating even heating. The mirror finish of the stainless steel is nice. The slope of the sides is quite rounded, like a French skillet. The overall weight of the pan is substantial but not cumbersome. I would buy other pieces from this line.

I was shocked when I saw the special price for the 12-inch pan and bought it thinking if it was not that good, I could just toss it in my camping gear. This pan will not be allowed to leave my kitchen! Wow was I impressed when it arrived. It is very well made and the finish is like a mirror, inside and out and with the inner core of aluminum sandwiched between the stainless, it heats very evenly. The lid is perfect and with the metal handle I can from stove top to oven. I can not say enough about this pan. It is wonderful! Stone & Beam will be getting much more business from me. I could not be happier.

I used this pan to cook rabbit and pork chops, and both worked just awesome. Heats fast, sustains heat, cooks meat evenly. Used it both on stove top and in the oven. When on the stove top, the handle stays cool. When from the oven, has to be handled with care, gets hot (which is normal). Completely satisfied. Can't believe it works so well and costs so little. Great deal.

This is by far the worst pan I ever bought., I use this one time and even cleaned it before/after usage and the stains remained after my omelet was butchered. I put enough olive oil /butter 🧈 and this still happened...

I'm furious becuz I was charged a lot 4 this pan and I'm distraught. This is not the stone and beam I kno..

I have 2 other products from stone and beam but this one is a knock off.....do not buy this crap., I am a renowned chef and this just destroyed my big party 🥳., I had to go emergency shopping for a better pan... All of my chef friends were upset and are reporting to Amazon CEO about this over priced crap.
