Im about 5'8, 195 lbs and have a pretty athletic build doing alot of powerlifting like movements. This shirt in size Medium (though I normally wear a Large in anything else) fit really good, slightly tight, but form fitting. It breathes really well and yet can be paired with chinos to look great on a night out or dressed down. Lighter colors may reveal a bit of nipple exposure if you have a strong chest so may consider staying away from lighter colors if that's an issue. The black does great though and the dark blue does okay from my experience
