Works GREAT After a little customization

This is the third bar / beverage refrigerator I purchased - the first two where New Air (expensive). The other ones would not hold a steady 38 degrees and the Phiestina did the same until... I moved the temperature sensor off the back wall (near the cooling coils) to the front side near the front door. Now the refrigerator cools to 38 or below in front and sometimes down to 32 in the back. The beer is very cold. Looks like a design flaw to locate the temperature sensor so close to the coils, but my fix does the trick.

DOES NOT GET COLD!!! DISPLAY SHOWS 38 Degrees but Thermometer show 45!!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
I was suspicious that this refrigerator was not as cold as the display so I purchased a digital thermometer and it was worse than I suspected. The refrigerator is set at 38 degrees but it's really 45 degrees!!!! It's off by 7 degrees!!!! I placed the thermometer in the front as well as the back. The back was 44 degrees and the front was 45. Either way, this is not right and I am well over the return period. Amazon was gracious enough to let me return but I need to pay a restocking fee of $200. This is cheaper than other brands but it's not worth it. This refrigerator is a total joke!!!! Do yourself a favor and do not buy this.

We're very happy with the wine and beverage cooler. It looks great. It was packaged very well for shipping (seemed to be covered in 2-3 boxes). We got it to our basement, let it sit for 24 hours, and then slid it back into the spot under our bar. As other reviewers have mentioned, it doesn't get beverages "ice" cold, but they get chilled to the level I prefer. We have a standard sized spot under the counter and this cooler fit like a glove into it.

We have added this fancy lil' fridge to our kitchen and have had it in our home for several months. We do feel a bit chic having a wine beverage fridge. We purchased this fridge for the dual zone capabilities. I may be a bit trashy as I do love me my white wine supa chilled not at the recommended 44-55 F, which depends on whether or not it is light or more bodied. I prefer cold, therefore we place white wines on the right side (at lowest temp of 38 F) and reds on the left (set at 55 F). Hubby and I really dig this little appliance as it sleek and sexy both day and night and keeps good temps. At night, the blue light is bright so I would not recommend this in a bedroom (I guess I mention this 'cause fancy peeps may have a beverage fridge in or near their bedroom for when they are parched during the night). Prior to purchasing, we were concerned about the noise that others mentioned. Yes, okay, it does make noise when cooling, but nothing for which I would normally comment. Further, don't we all have appliances in our homes that make noise, such as my fridges, furnaces, washers and dryers? It is by NO means as loud as a furnace. I would describe it as a soft "hummm" when chilling and most often we do not even notice it. We would definitely purchase again.

I've now purchased three of these refrigerators (2 for home and one for the office) and while one of them has been great about about 3 years, the other two (purchased in the last 3 months) both suffer from condensation on the outside glass. I was contacted by Phistina who explained this is unavoidable but helped me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. VERY responsible company. Again, this refrigerator keeps beverages very cold. Love that about it.

Our 10 year old Danby Silhouette finally went out of commission....the cost to repair was about 2/3 the cost of this new wine/beverage cooler....From the start this product holds more wine and beverage than the Danby product - same footprint.
It arrived as promised but if you order this be aware that they ship via Pilot so when you track it you have to take an extra step and call Pilot to coordinate the delivery...once that was done Pilot delivery was within the time window they gave me and Jeffrey, the delivery guy, called me in advance of the delivery to recommit the time. He wheeled it into the kitchen for me and helped me unbox it..very helpful.
It intuitive to use so I set each side for the respective cooling temps (wine/beverage)...all you do is plug it in and move into the cut out...fit perfectly.
Overall, I'me very happy with the produce and satisfied with this seller...Highly recommend this one if you looking for a great product with a great value....

This was a nice little beverage fridge until it suddenly stopped working. I plugged it in last spring, It cooled down and stayed at around 36-38F.

This morning, I went in to grab a seltzer and it was about 63 degrees F. It's been about 5 hours and it won't get any cooler.

UPDATE: 10-15-2020
I contacted Phiestna customer service and got a living breathing human on the phone. They took my info down and said that someone would follow up via email. I was pleasantly surprised to find an email from them (in my spam folder) the next day. They asked for some more information regarding the current behavior and function of the fridge, to which I replied in full detail. Within 24 hours I received a reply indicating that since the item is under warranty, they will issue a refund.

It seems that with these small, under-counter beverage coolers, the compressor just fails. You read these stories in a lot of reviews. What you tend to read on reviews of other manufactures with 15" under-counter fridges is that their customer service is not responsive and that the companies do not stand behind their products. Phiestina is a clear exception.

Assuming that I receive my refund without incident, I'm quite likely to reorder the same cooler and hope for a better compressor the second time.

Just bought this refrigerator over the holiday for my father. A new brand to me, but decided to take a chance. Was delivered on a pallet by Amazon, and the packaging was very secure and well bundled. Setup was a breeze, the handles were very easy to put on. It fit into our spot for it and we have had no issues in the couple weeks of using it. Will update my review in the future if anything changes. Would buy again if the need arises.

I have this next to my SubZero refrigerator due to it being counter depth and it looks GREAT. Quiet, and VERY good looking. I've had it in position for a few weeks and am THRILLED that I purchased the product. Other reviews for "wine coolers" only get to 48 degrees where this can get to 38 and hold the temp steady. The front vent was also important since several that I read about which had a rear vent would "overheat" and couldn't hold the temp INSIDE because it was under the counter. I would recommend this product to ANYONE.

Looks and works great. I have had this for a month now and no problems so far, Items are very cold, low 30's and tested with a thermometer. I also bought the matching wine cooler, and side-by-side they look great. It was delivered right to the front door, so that was convenient.

UPDATE: June 4, 2021, 5 Stars. it's been over 3 years and both still work great. Temperature is still very cold, and it is used multiple times a day, every day. Very quiet and looks great in my game room.
