Positive: Nice looking luggage, I've used it with 3 major airlines in the U.S so far as a carryon with no issue, easily fits in overhead. I love the small pockets and the fact that each side of the luggage has a strap. Also, like how is expandable if/when needed.
Negative: My biggest turnoff is the missing zipper puller, not sure if this was designed like that but was disappointed regardless. And the handle is not very sturdy when pulled out all the way, it gets shaky.
Overall, I decided to keep this because of the 10 years warranty, I've had an overall great experience with Samsonite especially, in this regard.
