this one works so well for me, I saw reviews presenting with a few problems. Here is what I did to make it work.
I rinse the filer very well and clean the black filter inside and outside with my straw brushes.
Detergent was used to clean both caps and bottles
put parts together, and I filled it with water, I sip out some water and spit it out. the first few sips, It tasted so funny! after a few sips, it became acceptable. there is no odd smell. it does not taste as good as bottled water you buy from store, but this is a good choice when you are going to some places that there is no filtered water. I am working in this office for 6 weeks, they do not provide water to employees and costumers and I have to stay there at least 8 hours a day, and I need to drink 2 liter of water per day. if I buy water every day, the cost is more than this bottle. now I have this one, I can bring it out with me to mall, to anywhere, and when there is tapwater, I do not have to keep buying bottled water, save money, save the enviroment and looks so f cute. yes, its cuteeee! and i love it. no, it does not need much force to suck the water out, at all!
