They last forever

Great price for the quantity.
They last forever. Not only do I use them for baking but for putting uncooked chicken on when seasoning before baking.
I also put them under cooling racks on the countertop to catch any drippings from food placed on them.
I find they’re quite versatile.
This was my second time purchasing. The last time was over a year ago. Like I said, they last forever…

Great product, difficult box

The parchment paper is fine. I love using the pre-cut pieces that fit my baking sheets; I love the minimal clean-up required after baking; I really like the environmentally safe this product is, And I even appreciate the effort to make these easy to slide out from the box.

However, with my slow senior hands and not-so-great eyesight, I found that the cut line for the opening was hard to find and even harder to open. I used a knife because the stiff thick carboard defeated my hands. Not much luck with the knife and didn't want to poke holes in the paper inside, should I be lucky enough to break through. I ended up tearing the box apart by smashing, cutting, tearing, pulling and swearing my way through this. I damaged the box so much I just threw it away. Smart-take is a very good idea, but this is more idea than execution.

I ended up putting the pile of papers in a nice stack in a safe place where I can pull them off, one at a time, as I use them happily.

We switched to this parchment paper from foil years ago. I love that it is already in pre-cut sheets so I don't have to worry about slicing or cutting the paper without ripping it. I use it to separate items that I'm freezing. I also use it to bake on in the oven to help prevent things from sticking, but also to help help it make it easier to clean the pans.
