I LOVE this hand-blender. I had another small cheap corded hand blender once and sold it in a garage sale cause it was easier to mix by hand or with my big bowl mixer. But I came across a recipe a few months ago that recommended a hand-blender so I came and poured over the many options that Amazon has. I decided I wanted cordless, and this was pretty much it. A little expensive, more than I had planned on spending, but I went for it.
I use this blender every day! I use both attachments, sometimes both for one recipe, and the four-cup measuring cup/blending container comes in very handy for many things too.
I have had this for a few months now and I was telling my husband how much I use it, like for blending matcha drinks or making guacamole, whisking eggs or mixing batter. My pancakes are even better because I blend them with the blade and they’re just a little frothy. Same with my scrambled eggs. And I sounded like an infomercial so I figured I’d come post a review.
The power is pretty good. The higher blender settings will suction the thing to the bottom of a flat container. If something doesn’t whisk well enough then just switch to the blender blade.
The one small flaw, which I don’t even think is worth docking a full star, is that the whisk is a little dinky. It’s very flexible. So sometimes it seems like it should be able to whisk better even at the highest speed but i’m then you can always switch to the blade. As I mentioned, I use the blade for scrambled eggs and that’s because the whisk doesn’t get them fluffy enough for my liking. If you like or need your eggs less just medium-whisked then the whisk is perfect.
Highly recommended, I’m getting one for my sister who doesn’t cook much for her birthday. 👍
