Haven’t used them yet but they seem like thick metal and a hard smooth coating so they should work fine.
The issue was shipping. I bought two. Whoever picked them just nested them together where they could rub against each other and grind in dust all the way here. One looks pristine on the baking surface but has a scuffed outside. And the other has a scuffed inside. It’s not bad enough to return them especially during the holidays and a pandemic, but still. A little care in packing could have avoided the issue. That’s why I suggest just getting one at a time if you are buying multiple and ordering it with non-abrasive items.
