I wanted to wait for a bit before reviewing to make sure the coating held up, as I did read a few comments regarding this issue before purchase. I already had one pan from this company and absolutely loved it, so I thought maybe someone got a bad batch. I followed all recommendations heat max, washing etc. I am very disappointed in this product. I absolutely loved it at first. Cooking, surface, non stick, size etc were what i was looking for. It now has been 11 months and the coating is coming off. Now when i wash them the coating washes off, and i get a substance dripping off them. Some areas are rusting especially in the folds of the baking pans under the lips. I was so thrilled at "first" I actually bought another baking dish. I have only had that baking dish for a few months and having the same issue now with that as well. The product was great at first, so if your looking for cookware that last for only a few months its for you. For longevity, not so much. With the coating coming off and the substance also makes me concerned. Has it been coming off since day one, during cooking. I wish it were a better product, I saved to buy the set have waited for years to find the best package. Sadly disappointed.
