EDIT: Taking to 3 stars. Rachel in customer service is very responsive, and they sent some of the smaller version (that I requested when they asked if I wanted a replacement) and they arrived a few days ago. I used several last night, under 450 degrees and they are great. Just make sure you DO NOT use them any higher than that. Would be 5 stars if the packaging was correct.
I received these yesterday, and was very excited to use them. I see now on the Amazon description section it says up to 450 degrees, however on the large icon mid page, it says to 480. It also lists the max temp ON THE PACKAGING IT COMES IN as 480... I baked at 470 and kapoof!!! IT WAS ON FIRE! Not smoking, but literally on fire. Thankfully we we were close by when it happened. See that white stuff, that was from putting it out with baking soda... Lesson learned, hopefully the other 3 I have remaining will work for desserts at a lower temperature. I will update if I hear back from customer service.
