I bought this bag for my recent Europe trip. It served me well. I absolutely love it and now even though I'm back home, I tend to take this out over my Louis Vuitton. It's so much more versatile and light! It easily carries everything I need, plus a light jacket, tripod, and water bottle.
On the first day of our trip, we arrived in Rome, and on our tour of the Colosseum it absolutely poured, I wasn't carrying this bag with my raincoat in it, and regret it to this day! From that day on, through Santorini, Mykonos, Athens, the Vatican, and London I was carrying this bag, it was perfect. I always knew my valuables were as safe as possible due to the RFID pockets, slash 'proofness', and clips that lock the zipper at each end. The grey color matched each outfit. The straps are adjustable and comfortable on my shoulders. I spent hours and hours on day trips, in lines and this bag was exactly what I needed! Hope this helps someone! Happy travels!
