These are not at all heat resistant. With each use the edge has melted slightly and the ribs warp from minor heat exposure. I bought these because other Rachel Ray kitchen products I’ve purchased have been good quality that have lasted well. These are really poor quality with plastic that does not hold up to any amount of heat. For clarification, we use these for things like removing eggs from a pan after the pan is removed from the heat source but while the eggs are still hot, removing chicken from a roasting sheet, etc.
