This is a rubbish insurance plan. I bought it for a piece of luggage that broke immediately, for which I then tried to use this plan from ASURION which I had purchased. They tell me I must donate the broke luggage to a charity and get a long letter with lots of information about the company who takes it and the name etc of the person who processes it. The problem is that where I live, no charity will accept a broken suitcase, so I am stuck with no help and just threw away money... Avoid ASURION.
