3.0 out of 5 starsI called for help with the product and they directed me back to ASUS

I doubt if I will ever benefit much from this purchase. I tried to enlist the technical support that came with the extended warranty, but they knew less than what I got from ASUS. And kept encouraged me to deal with ASUS first. Even though I had spent 4 months off and on with ASUS Support trying to get help with the ASUS VROC HD Key purchased and required for setting up and using the Virtual RAID on CPU. Issues with INTEL SSD drivers and the VROC HD KEY was a INTEL product, yet Intel had no support for it. Even though the warranty for the key with Intel was good, the product literally had NO support for it. However, I hounded Intel Support Agents for months until I got one to identify the correct driver for the Solid State Drives I had for a Windows 10 Pro Setup for the RAID. My attempts to setup the BIOS according to ASUS provided instruction steps all failed with the BIOS crashing. I alone against ASUS Support saying to RMA the Motherboard back, was able to reinstall the original BIOS and update it. (Had to remove all components including CPU and reinstall CPU single RAM Stick and SSD to boot it up for BIOS update install) I got the BIOS and motherboard working again, but ASUS support was unable and unwilling to help set up the BIOS to accept the VROC Key RAID on CPU setup.
CONCLUSION: The ASUS Rampage VI Encore Motherboard is all hype with the VROC HD KEY RAID on CPU feature NOT workable, because ASUS Support Agents could not provide the step help for doing one. (ASUS support will try fooling you into setting up as a Virtual RAID on CPU and turns all your SSD drives into a single software drive and nothing more.) I could not find anywhere online anyone demonstrating a workable VROC HD Key RAID on CPU setup for the ASUS Rampage VI Encore Motherboard before April of 2020. Have not checked lately.
