Worth the Money!

My 3 year old printer started printing with streaks across the pages. After multiple cleaning and realignment of print heads, including replacing the ink cartridges, the printer still printed with streaks.

I pulled out my earlier printed copy of my extended warranty, filled out an online form and the next day was sent a prepaid shipping label to return the printer. After drop off at a nearby UPS store, I received a link with a credit for the original price of the printer. All this within 2 days of reporting my issue.

Purchased a new printer, of course, with another extended warranty.

Asurion's performance on a previous issue!

I purchased another HP printer back in May. I had some health issues and did not install the printer until a couple of weeks ago. It did not work after trying everything possible. Finally, an HP tech got on my Dell all-in-one computer and did everything she could to fix the issue and said it will not work and return it to Amazon for credit. An Amazon rep named Emma has been trying to reach Asurion for two days while I waited on my iPhone for lengthy moments so that I could explain what has been going on. I have thanked Emma for her patience while she has thanked me for mine! I have even suggested that she notify Jeff Bezos to find another insurance carrier to replace Asurion!

I had purchased the Motorola MG7550 Modem WiFi Router and the ASURION 3 Year Office Equipment Protection Plan with Tech Support on Amazon in August 2020. On August 21, 2022, lightning struck near the house, we heard a loud pop along with an electric burn smell. Turns out the Modem WiFi router was fried by a power surge. I looked up on Amazon to see when I had purchased it and I saw I had also ordered the protection plan through Asurion. I went to Asurion's web site, followed the directions to make my claim. Asurion sent me an e-mail with a link to the shipping label and how to send them the Modem WiFi router. I sent them the Modem WiFi router in the late afternoon on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. In the late afternoon on Friday, August 26, 2022 I received an e-mail that I was getting a full refund for the purchase price of the Modem WiFi router with an Amazon Gift Card. I used the Amazon Gift Card to purchase another Motorola Modem WiFi router and purchased an ASURION 4 Year Office Equipment Protection Plan with Tech Support. The ASURION Office Equipment Protection Plan with Tech Support was well worth the purchase back in August 2020. The turnaround time was amazing in getting the full refund. Great Job by Asurion and Amazon!

I was happy that they gave me a refund for my product because they didn't have an equal one in stock. However, due to inflation and unforseen circumstances it would have been more helpful had they gave me the equivalent of what I paid for with the upgrade to inflation not items. I had to downgrade based upon my original purchase.
I will always purchase Amazon's Asurion products as they always do an excellent job handling any issues.

Just made a claim 2 days ago for a headset I bought in 2019 and did not need to go through a phone call; I just had to go to the Asurion website and fill out an online claim. It was taken care of almost immediately, offering me a full gift card for my product I bought almost 3 years ago. So, if your product breaks or doesn't work as good as before, you WILL be taken care of. It was definitely worth the price tag considering my product was $130.
