Great camera for the money. We bought the camera to take videos of my mothers 100th birthday. Then we thought it would be better for a professional take the videos so I would be in the pictures. Thank you but we thought this was the right thing to do.

I had experience with local box stores warranty before and was expecting a long painful process. To my surprise, the process was easy. You just fill out the form and ship the item to be repair. If it can't be repair, they'll issue you a gift card for the original price.

While I provided a detailed description of the accident the initial response was that it was a manufacturer warranty issue. Not the case. Once I talked to a live person they were very helpful, responsive and I was impressed with the service.
