I received my unit today and found 3 issues that concern me. The first is with the interior light. It does not work like every other full size refrigerator or cooler I have ever owned. There is an off and on light switch but it is static and does not go on and off when you open and close the refrigerator. Not sure why it was designed this way, but it is extremely disappointing. Another issue is with product registration. You are asked to register on the enclosed paperwork, but the menu online does not have the product listed. I called and talked with someone at newair and they said they no longer do product registration that I should keep my paperwork and use it if I have a warranty claim. The final issue is with the person I spoke with at newair. They were almost asleep, totally disinterested. I would be very careful before I made a purchase with newair.
