With the social distancing, we have been forced to eat in every single meal. As I have been unwilling to spend that much time in the kitchen, the oven has become my bestie, interacting almost every day.
These racks are superb: really sturdy and well-made, but most importantly they work as charm. I have been using it for salt brining in the fridge, cooking large pieces of meet or air-frying chicken (in the oven), as well as a cooling rack for bake goods.
Highly recommended!
To clean it, you may want to moisten it for a bit and then you a brush. It is really simple to clean and that is why I keep using them every time.
