I had to call Asurion few times, the first time the rep promised the warranty claim was processed and I'll get my money within a week. Two weeks later I contact Asurion again, apparently there was no claim in the record and I'm told I need to ship the product back, then I'll get my money. Weeks later, nothing - I had to contact them again, give tracking number and begging to process my warranty claim. This is unacceptable - I'm very disappointed with Asurion and won't buy their warranty coverage again.
