They would not replace my french press because it wasn't a "mechanical or electrical issue," even though the lid didn't fit, the glass was loose, and then it cracked. When I pressed further and asked to speak to a supervisor after 45 MINUTES on the phone, the supervisor admitted, "Yeah, I apologize, this doesn't really cover your product." I told her it was DECEITFUL and DISAPPOINTING that they'd advertise for people to buy this when they never have any intention of replacing it. She said they'd replace it if it stops making coffee...which mine did because it was LEAKING EVERYWHERE...but they still wouldn't follow through with replacing it.
