I'm delighted I invested in this insurance. It was for a product I tried to buy three times, in fact. The first two times, the product came in damaged, and Asurion assisted me in making the connection to expedite its return as well as getting another product from a different maker to satisfy me. Asurion came through with caring, understanding agents. I'm very impressed with them and would opt to go with them when I'm buying a product they're handling for insurance again. What they are selling as a supportive measure for a product is as important as the product itself.
