I bought this plan for a microwave oven. I returned the microwave oven, recently. Hence the plan got cancelled, promptly. Membership fees paid, quickly refunded 100%.

problem relating the plan to the insured purchase!!

The Asurion Protection plan is not placed with the item purchased on my Amazon order or invoice forms. The Plan does not say what item it is insuring! The entire Plan can not be easily printed out and attached to with my insured product.

In general I am concerned that in a year of two or three, when I need the insurance for a failed product purchased, I will not be able to determine which of my Asurion Protections plans covers which of my purchases. This will make it very difficult to make a claim when something breaks. I feel Asurion is perhaps well aware of this and is going out of their way to make it difficult for me to connect the Plan with a product so they never have to pay.
Please Asurion fix this and give me confidence. Otherwise I will no longer purchase Asurion Product insurance.

I have used this maker three times since purchased: the Coffemaker works great but the milk frother doesn't. I have used it three times thinking it would do bettter the next time but it doesn't. I ran it in cycle three times the firs to get the milk to heat but never was it hot; I could drink it without stopping. Next time i ran the cycle four times and again it was barely warm and the next time more. The milk was creamy and smooth but it doesn't do the job heating the milk. I'm not pleased with this product.

These plans are fine, the problem I have with them is they do not stipulate in the email they send you what they’re protecting for you. I get quite a few of them and I have to keep going back looking through my orders to figure which goes with what I think that should be corrected.

Read a lot of reviews before I settled on this one. Tried some of the buttons not all, really like the dinner plate button. Does heat evenly, defrost evenly, fits nicely on my cabinet. It is small but powerful. I only had this about a week though so this is really new. No problems yet, knock on wood.

Air fryer vs insurance... if the time comes.

I guess we'll see. If the wife continues to use her air fryer nonstop and it breaks or stops working, well, I guess the air fryer might get a drop in rating for dependability and we'll see how dependable this insurance is.
