I was skeptical about purchasing an on-line warranty for my coffee maker but I considered it cheap insurance. Sue enough the coffee maker died after it was out of factory warranty. I contacted Asurion, and after providing my product information they immediately emailed me a UPS shipping label. I had to provide the box and take the package to UPS. Not long after I dropped off the package I received my refund to be applied to a future Amazon order. Since my previous coffee maker was my favorite, I went and ordered the same one again from Amazon. Oh yeah, I purchased another Asurion warranty for this one also. Now that I know how Asurion backs up their warranties, I will continue to purchase my “cheap insurance” when needed.
