I needed some 9" pans for making a carrot cake, and I only ever seem to have 8" pans lately. I ordered these because they were so affordable and well rated. I didn't care for the color much, but they're not obnoxious in person - kinda soft rose gold almost. The coating seems durable - these went through the dishwasher accidentally and came out fine. They really do seem to be non-stick, but I usually add baker's spray anyway. They are of a decent weight without being super heavy, they are definitely not flimsy. I'm really happy with them and would gladly order from this line again.
