We got these pans to eliminate the risks associated with using non-stick Teflon pans. These pans look great out of the box. For the most part they still look great after cooking. This is my first set of stainless steel cookware, so I think I am still getting used to cooking with them. Food definitely sticks if the heat is too high, the pan hasn't warmed up, and/or some oil/butter aren't used. All of those combined lead to me still figuring out how to not burn scrambled eggs or green beans. That said, they cook very evenly and still look good after use, though I've had to put more elbow grease into cleaning them than I would've liked.
I give them a 4 instead of a 5 because a couple of the lids do not fit tightly, and rattle when cooking or slide off easily if I move the pan sideways quickly. This is mostly associated with the smaller skillets. Also, the spoon and spatula accessories are nice enough, except that I'm not going to use stainless utensils on these stainless pans for fear of scratching them. We've been using silicon spatulas or plastic utensils for stirring. I would expect the utensils that came with this set to be able to be used on the set itself!
