I have had thus pot for a few months now. Everything was going good, then I was making some stir fry and everything stuck Despite the oil and the fact that I’ve been using this pan for a while. I consider myself a good cook and I’ve never had this problem before I was only using medium high heat. When I took the pan off the burner the bottom part stayed on the burner and detached from the pan completely. I’m very sad. I thought I loved this pan and now it’s garbage. This might just be a defective in the pan that I bought I am not sure.
