A great product and I would not hesitate to purchase it again. It is a little bit brittle but I don't mind that. It works fine for making sushi rolls and I can tear it up easy enough to add to rice bowls.
To all of you giving it a one star review because "it causes cancer":
Yes, there is a label on it that says it contains chemicals that can cause cancer and birth defects. But if you Google why that label is on seaweed, it comes back saying it is supposed to be on *all* seaweed products. There is a small amount of lead in seaweed which, here in the US, means it is supposed to be on all seaweed products. However, unless you're eating ungodly amounts of it, it's perfectly fine.
