Horrible!!!

Very beautiful object but unfortunately doesn’t work with iPhone. Seams to work first when you drop your phone on mat but then won't charge.
Led light is located under phone so you realized something went wrong only after you pick up your dead phone in the morning.
It works well with Airpods that’s the only reason I didn’t trash it.
Too bad because I really like the look and feel of this charger.

This product does not work. You wake up thinking your phone will be charged the same way it did the day before. For no rhyme or reason, one day it would charge correctly, the next unfortunately not. I tried changing phone position, other electrical outlets. Unreliable results. It’s not easy starting a busy day on a dead phone.

I’ve had wireless chargers in the past. That work. I went with this one because Native Union usually makes good gear. Maybe it’s because it’s a dual charger; it just doesn’t work.

Other dual chargers get low ratings. Is there a correlation? There’s a need for a wireless charger that can handle multiple devices. Many new products are coming up Qi wireless compatible.

Why are there little to no reviews on this product from Amazon to Apple?

This is going back to the seller. Native Union and others should go back to the lab.

Don’t buy!!! Way over price and doesn’t work!

I purchased this wireless charger because Apple recommended it on their website...but boy were they WRONG! I place my phone on it and it will start to charge but a few minutes later it will stop charging! I’ve followed the directions and everything! So I contacted the company and they sent a replacement think that it was faulty. Well what do you know.... the replacement doesn’t work so I give up! I just want to return both of them and get my money back. $129 is too much money and it doesn’t deliver like it supposed to! But at your own risk!

Stopped working after a week

Just like others have said, if you phone isn’t on the exact right spot it won’t charge. It may say it’s charging when you go to sleep and then you wake up with significantly less battery and a hot phone. Bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift this year, (2021) and she’s totally frustrated. Can’t send it back because we don’t have the box and Native Union customer service sucks. Waste of money.

Must position phone exactly to get it to charge, and even then I have found that the charging stops. Imagine your phone has less charge in the morning than it did when you set it on the charger. Very disappointing product and customer service. DO NOT BUY!

Very difficult to position one device so that it is charged. Even when there is no intervening layer (like a phone case) very rare to receive anything more than a slow incomplete change. Even if device to be charged is new. Ability to charge more than one device was sketchy at best. Lesson? Substantial weight and cool packaging do not merit fitness for purpose. Much less greater quality. Hard pass, even as a gift.

Too pricy and Faulty!!!

I bought 4 of these for my family as Christmas gifts, mainly because they were sponsored by Apple, and they are all faulty. If you don't place your phone in the exact same place it wont charge, they get HOT to the point where it was causing one of the cell phone cases to melt!! None of my family members are using it and I feel as though I just threw away all this money!! Do not recommend!!

The thickness of the charger is good, very slim and compact. However, it is not easy to use. I bought it for my husband to be able to set his phone and earbuds on his nightstand. It didn’t charge the earbuds at all and he had to move the phone around to get in just the right spot for charging. For the price I expected a much more effective product.

I hate this product. About 40% of the time, my phone doesn’t charge. I think this is because it’s really hard to put the phone in the right spot; if you are off by a little, it won’t charge. Even if it starts In the right spot, it may not work.

I can’t tell if this is a defect in the Qi standard or this product. (My car Qi charger works fine.) But I hate this thing.

This device does not always work properly. If the phone is very low on battery, chances are more than likely it will not work. Most of the time you have to restart the phone.
Quite a bad added step
This is on my iPhone 12pro. Seems like it works better on my iPhone X
