Horrible!!!

Very beautiful object but unfortunately doesn’t work with iPhone. Seams to work first when you drop your phone on mat but then won't charge.
Led light is located under phone so you realized something went wrong only after you pick up your dead phone in the morning.
It works well with Airpods that’s the only reason I didn’t trash it.
Too bad because I really like the look and feel of this charger.

If you buy this charger you are likely buying it for the asthetics. Its nice to look at and feels well made but it is very difficult to find a position to maintain good contact. Even with a good position the charge usually fails every half hour or so.

If you rate it based on its merit as a charger alone it deserves less than zero stars. I gave it two for a nice design and it's ability to provide a partial charge.

This product is not reliable for overnight charging. It is really temperamental and has to be placed exactly in the correct position to change. I have woken up with my phone dead several times. Set a backup alarm when using this product!

Bought this product for my desk at home. It was a great product at first, but started to not work after a week. It would make my phone charge at the same percent number for half an hour and would not make any progress. Really disappointing.

Would not purchase. Especially since it stopped working after a week for a product you spent a hundred dollars on.

You have to place your devise in exactly the right place for the charger to work. I haven’t returned yet but plan to. Very expensive but not better performance than significantly less expensive wireless chargers. I purchased a wireless charger stand that puts your phone in the perfect spot for charging - so no guess work. Don’t be fooled and think that more $ gets you better quality or functionality.

Great Design Poor Execution

The device is very unreliable and sometimes just stops charging the device. This leads to constant readjustment on the charging pad. I've bought cheaper wireless chargers that work significantly better.
This wireless charger also makes a constant clicking noise inside the charger which is irritating considering the price paid for such a premium product.
Unless improvements are made cant recommend this product.

Un chargeur c’est fait pour charger. Celui-ci le fait 2 fois sur 3, et c’est bien énervant ! Quel plaisir de se réveiller le matin avec une batterie à plat !
Je prends bien le temps de positionner mon téléphone correctement sur la platine, de vérifier le voyant de charge (situé sur le côté, pas pratique non plus et qui oblige donc à se baisser pour vérifier s’il est blanc fixe - charge en cours - ou rouge clignotant - erreur). Quand bien même ! Parfois, en plein milieu de la nuit, sans avoir touché le téléphone depuis des heures, la charge s’arrête et le voyant rouge s’allume. Résultat ? Un téléphone pas chargé le matin.
La platine est jolie mais ce qu’on lui demande c’est de charger correctement. Or ici, ce n’est pas le cas. N’investissez pas ce prix là dans ce produit. Il y a sûrement plus fiable ailleurs.

The item is not really worth its price. Even though they recommend it for Iphone Pro Max, it is very difficult to center and position and the battery takes a long time to charge. Many times I leave it charging and when I check it turns out that it has stopped charging. Actually, it is a real disappointment to pay so much money for something that is not working properly. In the end, I always end up charging my iPhone with the MagSafe charger.

This product is quite unreliable. You have to place the phone precisely to get a charge. Miss by a millimetre or two and it won’t charge. I bought this one for the kitchen for me and my wife to use (instead of fighting over the Anker single charge pad). In addition to placement issues, when two iphone 11’s are on it. One won’t charge at all.

In the end, I gave up and returned to the Anker and will try find another dual charging device.
