Horrible!!!

Very beautiful object but unfortunately doesn’t work with iPhone. Seams to work first when you drop your phone on mat but then won't charge.
Led light is located under phone so you realized something went wrong only after you pick up your dead phone in the morning.
It works well with Airpods that’s the only reason I didn’t trash it.
Too bad because I really like the look and feel of this charger.

Takes a little to long to charge one thing or two

The quality of the charger is nice and gives you a feeling that it’s sturdy and stable, the charging is great but kinda slow. I was charging my portable charger and it took forever to finish charging took like 6 hours to finish. Just make sure your case is rated for wireless charging otherwise it will charge then it will stop after a few seconds. Charging two things at once is a pain and again takes forever to finish I charged my phone (without the case) and my earbuds, after about 2-3 hours to see if it was done nope the battery was still in the high 40-low 50% of battery. So with that said just use the charging pad for stuff that you don’t have to wait for that you use or use that much. If you are looking into the wired charging Native union is great I had that one for close to 2 years and still works and looks good still. Charges 6x faster than the pad.

Doesn’t always charge through Apple cover

I love the sleek design and rubberized surface. Also love the ability to charge ear pods and phone at the same time. However sometimes charging does not occur, which of course I only discover in the morning when I have no time to do anything about it. I have an Apple leather cover, works fine on other wireless chargers. With the cover off it charges fine, but that’s too much of a hassle for a charger of this cost.

I really wanted to like this charger. I think the build quality is great, and it looks much better than other wireless chargers on the market. That being said, it’s incredibly difficult to get your phone to charge using it. The area of contact is so small that unless you lay your device perfectly it doesn’t charge. For the price I would expect much better results. Ultimately had to return it due to difficulty of use.

Not the best wireless charger. It is overpriced. Additionally, the charger constantly switches on and off, even without adjusting your phone. You definitely cannot charge two devices at once as it claims because the charging pad is too finicky. You will always have one device stop charging intermittently. Other cheaper pads are less finicky and work much more smoothly.

Great quality materials and aesthetically pleasing. However, I find that it’s difficult to find the “sweet spot”. I repeatedly adjust my device before it will begin charging. Not sure if the coil is small or what. Does the job though.

Unpredictable - you have to make sure the phone is placed just right, and then sometimes it will quickly charge and sometimes it will take hours to charge partially. I appreciate not having all the cords though.

Purchased from Apple back in July and have been frustrated ever since. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. You think you have your phone in the correct spot and get the charging symbol, but then wake up to a phone that has not charged. Seem to have more trouble with leather apple cases than silicone cases. I previously used it with an iPhone XS Max and hoped it would work better with my new iPhone 12....no such luck. I love the look and feel of the product, works fine with airpods, but ready to toss it out the window. I have not attempted a warranty replacement because I have read that many other customers did not find that their second attempt was any better. Get ready for some frustration if you purchase this charger.
